Ancient lymphatic ritual meets modern design. Natural bristles stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness, and smooth skin texture when used on dry skin before showering. This traditional practice enhances your body care routine by preparing skin for maximum product absorption while energizing your entire system. Ergonomic wooden handle ensures comfortable daily use.

The Dry Brush is the first step in your bathing ritual, use it before you step into the shower or tub. Starting at the feet, use short, quick strokes moving upwards towards the heart. Take a moment to notice the how the brush moves the energy throughout your body. Continue to brush the entire body this way, using medium pressure on arms and legs, and more gentle pressure on the torso, thighs, and neck.

When you’re finished, take three deep breaths in gratitude for the energy your body creates. Over time, try to work up to a 5 Minute Dry Brush Ritual every day to keep the skin super soft and the energy flowing.

Daily Ritual:
Use the Dry Brush before you bathe. Start with a 2 Minute Dry Brush Ritual, and work your way up to a 5 Minute Daily Ritual.

Weekly Ritual:
Make the Dry Brush part of your weekly self care ritual by taking your time and noticing your skin’s renewed smooth texture, firm appearance, and inner glow coming through.

Keep the ritual going with your favorite Esker Body Wash and follow with a generous application of Esker Body Oil.

Q&A

How should we clean the dry body brush? And how often?
Great question! Begin by taking a dry cloth and wiping away any dead skin or debris that may have collected on the surface. Next, take a bowl and fill it with enough water so that it sits just above the brush. Add a few drops of antibacterial soap or tea tree oil (which also has antibacterial properties) then place the brush with the bristles facing down in the water. Gently swish the brush around for a couple of minutes, making sure to work the water through the bristles. Try to avoid submerging the whole brush in the water, as the twine handle and wood backing can warp over time! Lay the brush bristle side down on a clean towel and let it air dry. Aim to wash your dry brush at least once a month if you’re using the dry brush regularly.
What are the bristles made of?
Our Dry Brush is made from Boar Bristles.
