After bathing or showering, apply body oil while skin is still damp. Using long strokes glide the tool towards the heart. Wipe blade in between strokes and be amazed at what comes off.
Simply take a damp cloth with soap and wipe the blade side clean. Because it’s made of colloidal silver which is naturally antibacterial, you can actually wipe it down with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to really disinfect it. Be sure to wipe off any debris on the blade after every single use.
No, the blade is blunt, but not sharp enough to remove hair.
Everyone's skin is different but it is likely that you may see discolored oil removed in between strokes. If you do not see visible dirt, rest assured that the tool is still gently removing dead skin cells.
Our patent-pending tool is made from solid teak wood and the blade is made from sterling silver plated stainless steel.
We recommend using the Body Plane approximately twice per week for best results, but you may use it more frequently if your skin is particularly dry.
