How to use
Apply the Lymphatic Drainage Dots to key areas where the body naturally collects tension and fluid: the neck, collarbones, underarms, elbows, groin, and backs of the knees. Gently tap each dot 5–10 times to begin the activation process.
After all dots are applied, help stimulate circulation with 10–20 gentle calf bounces. If jumping isn't comfortable, rise onto your toes and perform 30 heel drops, or march in place for 60 seconds.
Finish with three slow belly breaths, allowing the body to settle into a calmer rhythm. Leave the dots on for up to 8 hours as you move through your day, travel, or unwind in the evening.
