How to Process a Return or Exchange
- Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
- Enter your Order Number and the Email Address or Zip Code associated with your order.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange, choose your return reason, and select your preferred resolution (Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund).
- Download and print your generated return shipping label.*
- Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop off your package with the carrier listed on your label.
Refunds are typically processed within 24 – 48 hours of us receiving your returned items. Please allow up to 7 business days to see your refund reflected on your original payment method.
