"They design is beautiful, plenty of product fills the vessel to the top edge of handles, great scooper too. A bit tough to get the product out of pouch and into jar with a good amount of product still stuck to inside the walls of the bag. I can deal with that. It’s the QC I have an issue with. Well packed but not until after filling did I find the large scratch on other side of vessel and it’s not from shipping. The top while a natural wood I am not pleased with the wood hole that’s in it. Will have to figure out how to return with the product already poured into it. Disappointing quality control for the price point."
