The Technique
1. Oil Up
Generously apply oil to damp skin after bath or shower - this prevents irritation and gives smooth gliding.
2. Glide at 45°
Using medium pressure to start, gentle strokes toward heart boosts lymphatic drainage while removing buildup.
3. Wipe as You Go
Wipe the tool with the provided cloth between strokes to remove excess dirt and oil from the Body Plane.
4. Seal It In
(Optional) Apply more oil, no rinsing needed - smooth skin drinks it all in.

The Ritual
Use on damp, oiled skin after a bath or shower.
Apply a thin layer of Firming Oil, then hold the Body Plane at a 45° angle.
Use long, upward strokes (ankles to thighs, wrists to shoulders, hips to heart).
Apply light to moderate pressure — enough to lift buildup, never enough to scratch.
Wipe the blade between passes using the included microfiber cloth.
Use 2–3x per week for best results.
Safe for sensitive skin when used with oil.
Not for use on broken or irritated skin.
