The candle comes with a pressed SOIL POD to plant your seed paper. All you have to do is add water, and the soil magically expands.

The dust cover is made of SEED PAPER with culinary herb seeds pressed inside to plant once your candle is burned up

What did I purchase?
"I ordered the terrazzo candle because of the description of the aroma. The first one came without a wick. I was asked to send pictures back, and then they asked me to ship it back, my cost. I just emptied it and used the jar - it wasn’t worth my time. A few weeks later the candle arrived. I lit it and let it burn for 4 hours. There is almost NO hot throw! I’m not sure if I’m dipping my toe in a defective batch, but there is very little fragrance. In addition, the wicks mushroom like I’ve never seen, and the inside of the vessel is black from soot, despite trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting EVERY TIME. Also, a bunch of seeds from the seed disc fell off and embedded into the wax. I do not recommend this. If you’re going to spend $85 on one candle, why not buy two from Otherland, or Nest or Harlem Candle Co, and get a candle that actually delivers on its promises and throws a fragrance…"
