The Ritual
The 5-Minute Lymphatic Ritual
Wake up lymph flow.
Steps (about 60 seconds per area)
- Neck: Place dots just above the collarbone, inside the neck muscle on both sides. Tap each dot 5–10 times.
- Collarbones: Place in the supraclavicular “dip” on both sides. Tap 5–10 times.
- Underarms: One finger in front of the armpit, on the chest wall, both sides. Tap 5–10 times.
- Elbows: Two finger-widths above the inner crease, both sides. Tap 5–10 times.
- Groin: Where the thigh meets the torso, slightly outward, both sides. Tap 5–10 times.
- Backs of knees: Center of the knee hollow, both sides. Tap 5–10 times.
Breath finish: Three slow belly breaths.
Finish (activation):
- Do 10–20 light jumps (think gentle calf “bounce,” heels barely leaving the floor).
- No jumping? Do 30 heel drops (rise onto toes, then let heels “drop” to the floor) or march in place for 60 seconds.
Wear time: Keep dots on for up to 8 hours.
Five-Minute Lymphatic Ritual (Dots only)
Place one dot on each of the six drainage points on both sides: neck, collarbones, underarms, elbows, groin, backs of knees.
- Tap each dot 5–10 times.
- Finish with 10–20 light jumps (or 30 heel drops / 60 seconds marching).
- Keep dots on for up to 8 hours as you go about your day.
Extended Body Care Ritual (after activation)
Massage pathways and additional products.
- Start with the five-minute dots activation above.
- Shower or bathe so skin is clean and towel dried.
- Apply a thin layer of body oil.
- Between-dot massage (hands): use light, skin-level sweeps from one dot to the next, toward the heart/nearest node.
Legs: backs of knees → up to groin (3–5 passes).
Arms: elbows → up to underarms (3–5 passes).
Torso/neck: sweep toward collarbones; keep pressure feather-light (3–5 passes). - Optional tools:
Body Plane at ~45°; long, gentle strokes on legs/arms; shorter, gentler on torso/neck. Wipe tool between passes.
Dry Brush pre-shower for 1–2 minutes, light strokes toward the heart. - Seal with a final veil of body oil.
