If you're not absolutely satisfied, simply return new or gently used items for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the cost of domestic US returns, while Canada returns require an additional shipping fee of $10.

- Find the order you would like to return and click “Request Return.”
- Select a return reason and click “Request Return” again to submit.
- We’ll review your request and typically approve it within 24 – 48 hours.
